Our lightweight and weather-resistant birdbath is cast from a mixture of sand and stone that has been reinforced with fiberglass. Variations in color will occur from piece to piece since each is sandblasted and individually treated to create the appearance of aged stone. Please note: While our statuary is made to withstand winter temperatures, water freezing in an undrained basin can still cause damage. We recommend that any birdbath be drained and covered before wintry weather strikes. Please note: Each item is made to order. The artisan workshop does not maintain inventory and is the last facility in the USA making fiberglass garden ornaments and containers. We estimate fulfillment will take up to four weeks, and sometimes longer. Hence, it is not recommended that you order if you require delivery in less time.
