Parcel Delivery

We ship by Federal Express Ground, United Parcel Service, or USPS, which can take up to 5 - 8 business days for delivery. Overnight and Second Day delivery are available at an additional charge, based on dimensional weight. For express delivery and for delivery outside the contiguous 48 states, please call for specific charges.

Freight Deliveries

Due to the size and weight of furniture and other oversize items, a freight company makes delivery. In addition to a regular delivery fee, oversize items have an extra shipping charge. This amount is indicated after the item's price.

For furniture collections, we provide at no additional cost--White Glove Delivery, where the furniture is uncrated and placed in the garden or home. Some heavy, large items--such as fountains--require delivery by a freight carrier with liftgate. These big trucks are not allowed to back-up or drive on private driveways. Hence, the item is off-loaded by the driver at the street curb. Such items require assistance that you will need to provide. Truck deliveries are arranged in advance by phone, so you will know when the truck is coming. For an additional charge, our Customer Service staff can arrange to have these items delivered by a local mover and placed in the garden.

Island Deliveries

Additional charges may be required for deliveries to island locations such as Hawaii, Nantucket, Martha's Vineyard and Alaska where special services are necessary.

Shortages/Damages

Any shortage or damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery. Within that time period, we will replace missing, lost or damaged merchandise.
